Services Provided
RDY Studios offers creative services including social media content (TikTok, Instagram, reels), website design, photography, graphics, logos, and publicity. The scope, timeline, and pricing for each project will be agreed upon in writing prior to the commencement of work.

Memberships and Payments

• Services may be provided on a monthly membership basis, with fees ranging from $1,500 to $3,500 per month, depending on the scope and requirements.

• All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in paused or terminated services.

Intellectual Property

• All original content, designs, and deliverables created by RDY Studios remain the property of RDY Studios until full payment is received.

• Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in writing.

• RDY Studios reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed under a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Confidentiality

• RDY Studios respects client confidentiality and will not disclose any sensitive information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

• Clients may request an NDA for additional protection.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Clients may cancel services with written notice. Refunds for prepaid services will be considered on a case-by-case basis, based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.

• RDY Studios reserves the right to cancel or refuse service at its discretion, with appropriate notice and refund if applicable.

Limitation of Liability

• RDY Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Changes to Terms
RDY Studios reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
